Brazil's economy is booming at the moment so they are giving 75,000 scholarships away to the bast colleges in the country. I think its good for everyone around the world to be able to attend the top universities out there. It's only available to Brazilians studying subjects of strategic national importance though which is limited for most people. I also feel like Brazil is trying to show the US how much better there economy is compared to ours at the moment.
